What you'll do

• Respond to coverage questions
• process endorsements, certificates, mortgagee and lienholder changes, cancellations and reinstatements, and billing inquiries
• review renewals and compare pricing
• negotiate with carriers
• prepare quotes and onboarding documents
• guide clients through claims
• maintain records and compliance
• identify cross-sell opportunities.
