What you'll do

• Create student and instructor flight-training schedules in Flight Schedule Pro
• coordinate aircraft maintenance and maintain logbooks
• schedule student written exams and manage payments
• process billing and student financial records
• maintain employee and student profiles and required records
• coordinate aircraft refueling billing
• track dispatch-office inventory
• update training syllabuses and aircraft databases
• order and distribute training materials
• and maintain operational and expense records.
