Retention and development of Insurance Agency business and support for Insurance Agents in administration of Insurance accounts. Acts as first point of contact for routine customer requests and inquiries, utilizing competencies and skills to provide a positive customer experience. Supports Agents in day-to-day servicing of client accounts and managing books of business efficiently and independentl
