What you'll do
- Manage the activities, staffing, and daily operations of the Adult MI Services group.
- Provide direct staff supervision, develop staff plans, and support training.
- Perform utilization management, including service authorization, medical necessity review, and discharge planning when appropriate.
- Work with management and administration to develop and communicate program outcomes and plans to achieve them.
