Supervising Counselor — Substance Use Disorder Treatment

What you'll do

• Supervise approximately six AOD Counseling/Peer Navigator staff
• evaluate performance and provide coaching and training
• monitor staff performance and certification progress
• oversee participant orientation and intake
• approve and monitor relapse-prevention and CBI action plans
• track participant progress
• oversee ARMS documentation
• coordinate OMCP Mentors and verify internship hours
• collaborate with CDCR/CCHCS headquarters, institutions, and contracted staff.
