What you'll do

• Develop and maintain an annual schedule of offerings
• coordinate course logistics, facilities, materials, and instructor schedules
• support or provide instruction when assigned
• coordinate instructor onboarding and partner relationships
• manage course setup, registration, participant communications, and follow-up
• maintain program information in college systems
• support participants and instructors
• track enrollment, feedback, and outcomes
• analyze operational and financial data
• prepare reports and recommendations
• assist with budgets and resource use
• collaborate with college departments and maintain policy compliance.
