What you'll do

• Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops
• gather and document business and functional requirements
• create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and workflow diagrams
• analyze workflows and recommend platform solutions
• identify gaps, dependencies, and risks
• prioritize requirements
• partner with Product and Engineering through the development lifecycle
• support backlog refinement and sprint planning
• develop test scenarios and lead user acceptance testing
• maintain documentation
• support demos, implementations, training, and feature rollouts.
