What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific security procedures
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity and verify credentials as directed
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations using established escalation procedures
• prepare activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation
• communicate relevant information to site contacts and company leadership.
