The Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Therapist role is an onsite position serving clients in South Point, Ohio, and across home and community settings. Compensation is not specified. Necco provides intensive treatment intended to support youth and caregivers facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges and help prevent out-of-home placement or support a transition home. The therapist assesses needs, develops and coordinates treatment plans, delivers interventions, and works with families, schools, agencies, and other treatment-team members. The role supports client functioning and progress through individualized, coordinated care and timely documentation.

What you'll do

• Assess therapeutic needs and strengths
• establish therapeutic relationships
• develop and coordinate treatment plans
• deliver individual, family, and other applicable interventions
• consult with caregivers and team members
• manage a caseload of three to six clients
• maintain records and authorizations
• travel between locations and transport clients as needed.
