What you'll do

• Enter, confirm, convert, assign, schedule, track, and close customer work orders
• prepare daily timecards and BOL emails
• maintain reports and tracking spreadsheets
• confirm task completion with end users
• attend customer and operations meetings
• support customer relations and KPI data collection
• report and escalate issues
• mentor new Account Coordinators.
