What you'll do

• Welcome clients and connect with them using the CORE service approach
• respond to client needs and concerns
• maintain knowledge of class packages, beverages, towels, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• assist with daily studio operations and cleanliness
• report complaints and visible maintenance issues
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• alert coaches to milestones.
