What you'll do

• Advise team members and leaders on policies, procedures, labor contracts, and employment laws
• partner with leaders on consistent HR practices grounded in kindness, dignity, and respect
• coach employees and leaders on performance and conduct matters
• conduct intakes on concerns
• partner with the senior HR Business Partner on leader performance concerns
• review and coach on performance improvement documentation
• may participate in accommodation conversations and lead religious accommodation requests
• respond to unemployment claims and participate in hearings
• manage intake and filing of performance improvement documents.
