What you'll do

• Manage warehouse operations across one to three facilities, including staffing, labor planning, execution, and service performance. Lead and develop supervisors and hourly staff
• oversee attendance, safety, daily stand-ups, operational metrics, delivery coordination, inventory accuracy, contractor relationships, community access controls, and vehicle readiness. Lead improvement initiatives and partner with Customer Experience, Client Success, and Human Resources.
