What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop up to six inside and six outside sales representatives
• set goals and manage performance
• recruit and onboard sales talent
• own combined North American revenue targets
• manage pipeline and CRM adoption
• monitor pipeline metrics and forecasts
• develop revenue initiatives and new accounts
• build relationships with agency buyers, procurement officials, distributors, and dealers
• represent the brands at trade shows and industry events as required
• establish sales processes and standard work
• collaborate with marketing, product, brand, operations, and customer experience.
