What you'll do

• Conduct shuttle pre-trip inspections, report vehicle deficiencies, and complete all required reports.
• Provide pleasant customer service, assist passengers with luggage, and address customer-related questions.
• Assist passengers with special needs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers to ensure effective fleet operations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly shuttle bus.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
