What you'll do

• Check in drivers
• monitor daily emails and schedules
• schedule inbound and outbound loads and appointments
• follow up with carriers on late or missed pickups
• document scheduling issues by account
• monitor and report ISO conformance accuracy for shipping and receiving
• coordinate rail freight activities when required
• use warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
• perform accurate data entry.
