What you'll do

• Lead employee experience programs
• support candidate scheduling and onsite interview logistics
• own onboarding and offboarding improvements
• manage the annual engagement survey and follow-up planning
• use employee feedback and lifecycle data to identify improvements
• coordinate Insights Discovery assessments and debriefs
• support employee events, wellness programming, communications, recognition, and milestone programs.
