What you'll do

• Build proactive pipelines for sales closers, setters, sales leaders, and other revenue-generating roles
• source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, databases, and outbound strategies
• screen and assess candidates against role-specific profiles and scorecards
• coordinate interviews and assessments
• manage candidate communications and pipeline data in the ATS
• track recruiting metrics
• partner with hiring managers
• support offers and candidate closing.
