What you'll do

• Partner with the store manager on sales and customer engagement strategies
• coach and support the team
• act as store manager in their absence
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, and development
• oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and process improvements
• support customer inquiries and aftercare
• contribute to payroll and scheduling
• support fit consultations, product education, and in-store events.
