What you'll do

• Complete and close out work orders
• assist with property turns and vendor coordination
• perform assigned preventive maintenance
• inspect public areas and resident apartments
• safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment
• escort vendors onsite
• keep shop and storage areas orderly
• assist with landscaping coordination, curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning
• respond to the after-hours on-call rotation and prepare for inclement weather situations as applicable.
