What you'll do
- Manage association business with the Board of Directors
- build working relationships with board members, committees, owners, and residents
- support compliance with governing documents and applicable laws
- conduct community tours and track compliance issues
- manage architectural review communications
- organize board and membership meetings
- prepare budgets, review financials, monitor accounts, and oversee invoices
- obtain and review vendor bids
- supervise onsite staff and pool monitors as needed
- respond to incident reports.
