What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
• implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• collect data on behavior and skill development
• communicate progress and concerns to supervising BCBAs
• maintain session notes
• build supportive relationships with clients and families
• uphold confidentiality and professional standards.
