Property Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Conduct move-in, move-out, and renewal inspections
• manage property renovations and projects
• onboard occupied and vacant properties
• prepare recommended repair lists to make properties rent-ready
• assist the Maintenance Coordinator with tenant repair requests
• screen, hire, and manage vendors
• communicate with landlords about major repairs and renovations
• negotiate vendor quotes and invoices
• maintain vendor documentation.
