What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate crews, tools, materials, and equipment
• lead and train a 2–8 person crew
• operate equipment as needed
• maintain production quality and efficiency
• identify weather, soil, groundwater, and field-condition issues
• communicate change-order opportunities and daily reports to office support
• work with blueprints and Trimble GPS.

Why this role

Peak-season schedules may run 50–60 hours per week, typically five 12-hour days; winter schedules typically four 10-hour days, with occasional Saturdays. Per diem is available for projects more than 1.5 hours from the office.
