What you'll do

• Manage client caseloads and programs
• collaborate with BCBAs
• conduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments
• create individualized programming
• coordinate with behavior therapists
• manage contract fulfillment
• prepare progress reports and monthly updates
• manage data and client communications
• train and supervise behavior therapists and provide supervision hours for registered behavior technicians and BCBA candidates.
