The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite, part-time position in Lillington, NC, with part-time shifts available. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. Accurate session notes and records help the care team monitor client progress.

What you'll do

• Deliver applied behavior analysis therapy under a BCBA supervisor
• provide in-home and community-based interventions
• collect behavior and skill-acquisition data using Rethink software
• communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators about progress
• complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records.
