What you'll do

• Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Develop and implement complex litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in court, hearings, trials, and arbitration.
• Conduct research and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals.
• Advise clients on legal rights.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards.
