Guest Services Cashier — Swing Shift

What you'll do

• Answer casino rewards-program questions and encourage loyalty
• advertise property events, promotions, and prizes
• greet guests
• assist with promotional kiosks and new player sign-ups
• make daily event announcements
• facilitate promotions, events, and giveaways
• respond to guest questions and complaints when able
• perform cash transactions involving gaming and monetary instruments
• maintain accurate cash drawers, records, and paperwork
• balance the auxiliary bank
• protect guest information
• act as emcee for drawings and events when needed.
