Epic MyChart Analyst

What you'll do

• Serve as a primary support contact for application users
• investigate and resolve MyChart issues and service tickets
• design, build, implement, maintain, and enhance the application
• retrieve requested application and operational data
• support application testing and workflow documentation
• analyze the effects of changes on workflows
• validate functionality before production
• collaborate with stakeholders and trainers
• communicate changes
• support upgrades, implementations, and production launches
• follow security, privacy, operational, and documentation procedures
• participate in on-call rotations.
