What you'll do

• Build, configure, test, and document AI agents for accounting workflows
• train and coach customer accounting teams through workshops and guided sessions
• help identify automation opportunities and scope use cases
• troubleshoot agent configurations and coordinate escalations
• share customer feedback and participate in feature testing
• guide partner-led implementations
• train internal team members
• travel as needed, up to 30%.
