What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting nationwide, with a significant focus on medical device sales professionals
• source candidates through LinkedIn, Greenhouse, ZipRecruiter, job boards, and direct sourcing
• support hiring of sales and other positions
• develop recruiting and retention metrics
• manage onboarding and offboarding
• advise employees and managers on employee relations and policies
• support compensation analysis, benefits administration, compliance, employee development, and retention
• improve HR policies and documentation
• partner with the company’s PEO and leadership on HR responsibilities and scalable practices.
