This position supports the Bush & Bush Law Group team in their mission to provide high-quality legal representation in personal injury matters. This role exists to handle complex motion practice, dispositive motions, and appellate work. The attorney will focus on legal research, persuasive writing, and oral advocacy, partnering with litigation teams to ensure successful outcomes in Texas state and federal courts.

What you'll do

• Draft and argue complex motions in personal injury cases.
• Support trial teams with jury charge issues and strategy.
• Handle post-trial motions.
• Draft and argue interlocutory and appellate briefs.
• Maintain knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
