What you'll do

• Maintain and repair Ford vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC systems
• conduct diagnostic tests and identify solutions
• perform oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• record work performed and parts used
• work with service advisors to provide customer service and address concerns.
