What you'll do

• Schedule rides using QRydes
• suggest alternatives and triage calls about scheduled rides
• organize approved and volunteer drivers, prepare driver schedule sheets, and arrange substitutes for callouts
• communicate with drivers by radio, phone, or tablet
• maintain records of rider requests and assistance needs
• provide backup dispatching as assigned.
