Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise receiving, put-away, picking, staging, loading, and shipping
• assign daily work and adjust staffing
• maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies
• coach and train warehouse employees
• enforce safety and forklift procedures
• coordinate carrier pickups and shipment requirements
• maintain warehouse transactions in SAP or other ERP/WMS systems
• review operational reports
• and address shipment delays and process improvements.
