What you'll do

• Prepare and submit construction pay applications
• review contracts, schedules of values, change orders, and supporting documentation
• track billing deadlines
• manage receivables and collections through payment
• monitor aging, funding, and retainage
• record receipts and apply payments
• research discrepancies
• prepare reporting
• review and record approved vendor invoices
• support payments and month-end close
• and recommend process improvements.
