What you'll do

• Provide phone customer service to insureds, agents, and internal personnel
• complete policy transactions such as cancellations and policy changes within authority
• answer questions using product and process knowledge
• listen and respond empathetically
• interpret procedures and documents
• stay current on marketing campaigns
• identify matters requiring transfer
• report discrepancies to management
• participate in team projects as instructed.
