What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to recipes and portion and quality standards
• prepare the next day’s work
• advise the supervisor about low inventory and assist with receiving and inventory as required
• maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
• report unsafe or malfunctioning equipment
• assist with dishwashing or other kitchen duties as needed
• respond to guest requests and follow up on satisfaction.
