What you'll do

• Conduct member kickoffs covering goal setting, nutrition, equipment use, and exercise form
• prepare and deliver fitness programs
• track progress and provide follow-up
• demonstrate safe exercise techniques
• support member service activities and fitness tools
• schedule training sessions and appointments
• meet session and revenue expectations
• help maintain an organized facility.

Why this role

Spanish and English bilingual ability is preferred. CPR/AED certification is required and may be obtained within 30 days of hire; an approved nationally accredited personal training certification must be acquired within the first 120 days.
