Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Cortland, NY, with a full-time 8 a.m.–4 p.m. schedule and pay of $20 per hour. Compensation is $20 per hour. Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 200-bed rehabilitation and nursing facility, and this role reports to the Director of Maintenance. The technician helps keep the facility and grounds organized and operating smoothly by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting building systems, responding to maintenance requests, and documenting work.

What you'll do

• Maintain the building interior, exterior, and grounds
• perform preventive maintenance and keep records
• troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• complete work orders and paperwork
• respond to daily maintenance requests
• keep work areas clean and communicate with maintenance staff.
