Mental Health Therapist (PRTF)

Job overview

The Mental Health Therapist (PRTF) role is onsite in Saint Peter, MN. Starting salary is $60,000 annually for unlicensed therapists and $75,000 annually for independently licensed therapists. The Leo A. Hoffmann Center provides trauma-informed residential treatment for adolescent males ages 11–17 and supports youth and families. The therapist provides clinical services and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to address young people’s emotional and behavioral needs. The work supports individualized treatment, healing, growth, and resilience through assessment, therapy, care planning, and coordinated treatment.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• conduct diagnostic, functional, and risk assessments
• develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• participate in treatment team meetings and care conferences
• collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, education, residential, and case management staff
• complete clinical documentation
• assist with staff training and consultation as directed
• support youth and families through therapeutic interventions.
