The Receipts Partner role is onsite at The Voice of the Martyrs headquarters in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. The position supports the Ministry Support Division of an organization dedicated to assisting persecuted Christians worldwide. The role processes and records contributions and receipts, prepares daily bank deposits, and maintains accurate, confidential records. It helps ensure donation transactions are reviewed, reconciled, posted, and retained for the organization’s accounting and audit needs.

What you'll do

• Receive and review contribution batches
• process daily remote or manual bank deposits
• coordinate batch and balance verification with the Staff Accountant and post journal entries
• record contributions and receipts in Excel
• file posted batches and maintain confidential donor and check files.
