What you'll do

• Prepare and produce dishes according to guest orders, recipes, and specifications
• work at different kitchen line stations as business demands require
• coordinate with the kitchen team to deliver dishes at appropriate times
• weigh and measure ingredients
• maintain knowledge of recipes, ingredients, allergens, and presentation
• meet food quality and freshness standards
• maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation standards
• store or discard leftovers properly
• set up and stock stations
• label, date, cover, and rotate prepared items using FIFO
• follow company policies and scheduled-shift uniform standards.
