What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize meat-room equipment, tables, cutting surfaces, tools, trays, and utensils
• sweep and mop floors and clean restrooms and employee areas
• remove trash and food waste
• clean sinks, drains, walls, and high-touch surfaces
• operate basic cleaning equipment
• restock supplies
• follow PPE and chemical-handling procedures
• complete cleaning logs and report safety or sanitation concerns.
