What you'll do

• Respond to emergency calls
• render treatment
• evaluate, extricate, and transport patients as indicated
• communicate with 911 and Medical Control during transport
• carry out physician orders
• maintain ambulance vehicles and equipment in readiness
• document calls and file paperwork
• report faulty equipment
• follow department policies and procedures.
