What you'll do

• Support children’s emotional and social development
• observe and monitor play
• sanitize toys and equipment
• maintain records of observations, activities, meals, and medications
• teach health and personal habits
• organize materials
• sterilize bottles and prepare formula
• dress children and change diapers
• maintain a safe play environment
• communicate with parents or guardians
• assist with meals
• create developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• regulate rest periods.
