The WisDOT Construction Project Leader is an onsite role based in Milwaukee, WI. This position oversees the execution of WisDOT construction projects at The Foth Companies. This role exists to ensure project scope, schedule, quality, and budget are achieved. The leader works directly with WisDOT project managers and mentors field personnel on construction processes.
What you'll do
- Perform as Project Leader on WisDOT construction team.
- Work with WisDOT project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Represent Foth in WisDOT Construction Fair interviews.
- Assist in development of Notice of Interest packages.
- Support business development.
- Mentor and train field personnel.
