The Predictive Modeling and AI Prototyping Data Analyst role is hybrid, with South San Francisco, CA preferred; the posting is also open to Basel, Switzerland or remote depending on candidate fit. Compensation is $50–$74 per hour. The role supports the DAISAE platform and predictive analytics subteams within the RDE 9 program. The analyst prototypes agentic AI capabilities, develops predictive models from biomedical and safety datasets, and helps shape shared data and technical foundations. The work advances drug safety risk prediction across the product lifecycle and supports transition of reusable capabilities for formal validation and production rollout.

What you'll do

• Explore and prototype emerging AI tools, agentic capabilities, MCP tools, and AI agent integrations for DAISAE
• build and refine predictive models using multimodal biomedical datasets
• translate feasibility findings into architecture and platform requirements
• prototype reusable capabilities in an agile manner before transition to RDT for validation, compliance, and production rollout
• collaborate with data scientists, safety scientists, and RDT technical partners.
