What you'll do

• Oversee leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
• lead property stabilization efforts to improve occupancy, reduce delinquency, and restore curb appeal
• manage unit turns from move-out through make-ready with maintenance and vendors
• market vacant units, conduct tours, process applications, and close leases
• handle delinquencies, notices, and evictions in accordance with company policy and Ohio law
• maintain resident files and property records
• build positive resident relationships and support a safe, well-maintained community.
