Structured Finance Associate

What you'll do

• Support project and portfolio financings and asset transactions
• develop, maintain, and validate financial models
• coordinate due diligence, data rooms, information requests, document review, and closings
• prepare investment committee materials and transaction analyses
• collaborate with Development, Engineering, Legal, Accounting, Tax, EPC, and Asset Management
• and conduct market, financing, and comparable transaction analyses.

Why this role
